Angels Against Abuse, Inc. could use your help! If we all chip in and purchase just ONE car seat, we can get this project done in no time. Too many babies and toddlers need car seats and we want to keep our children as safe as possible. We need 50 car seats and if only 50 people would commit to one, we could have this project completed by the end of the month. The most popular ones are those that grow with the child.
Simply order or purchase a NEW car seat. Have it delivered or dropped off to the Angel Visitation Center. Don’t forget, if you order from Amazon, to use http://smile.amazon.com and select Angels Against Abuse as your charity of choice. This will also turn a small portion of this, or any qualifying purchase, into a donation to Angels Against Abuse.
It is important to the safety of the child that the car seat be new. Amazon has a wide selection in the $50-$60 range, such as this Evenflo seat. Wal-Mart has the seat available for free pickup as well. Even Target has many options. These are just examples of the many choices of car seats available. Simply choose your favorite place to shop and help a child have a safe ride.

Thank you Sunshine Kiwanis Club for keeping the Mad Hatter Tea Party going! This year the famous Mad Hatter Tea Party will be held Sunday, September 30th, 2018 at the same location, hosted by the Sunshine Kiwanis Club. There is nothing like creating a memory for a child who often has little to smile about and it was the Angel’s honor and privilege to pass the baton to this wonderful organization to keep this legacy alive. For those of you who can help with this event and would like to volunteer for please contact Sandy Kearney so we make sure we do our part to help make this day the success that we have enjoyed the last six years.
