Fostering Hope Florida is a local nonprofit, founded in 2004 to improve the lives of children in foster care. It’s mission is to partner with the community to co-create a compassionate system of foster care that honors and protects the rights of children.
FHF focuses on practices that serve the best interest of children and on ways to protect children from being re-victimized by the very system that is intended to protect them.
Areas of focus:
*Keeping siblings together
*Preventing children from bouncing from
home-to-home
*Raising children in families, not institutions
*Assisting aged-out youth (18-23) to. achieve independence
*Protecting foster children’s dignity through clothing resources & replacing trash bags with luggage
*Foster parent recruitment and training
*Celebrating children in foster care by hosting fun events

If you are a table sponsor, please make sure your table is paid for no later than April 10th and we have all the names of your guests. We want to make sure we get everything put into our system beforehand to make check-in easier.
There are several documents we are including in this month’s Newsletter that will be very helpful to the Angels for Donations and Sponsorships. We would love to have a sell-out for this event by April 10th 2019 and we need 9 more sponsors to reach our goal. We can do it, but we need your help. For those of you that have sponsored a table to given a donation, thank you so much for your support.
