A Message from Angels Against Abuse
MOM'S have ears that truly listen. Each month we are reminded of the incredible community that surrounds and supports the children and families we advocate for. Thank you for being part of this mission.
No-Gala Fundraiser — Help Our Kids Now
Beginning in April, we have collectively decided to pause the Gala for 2026. Instead, we will conduct a fundraiser for Angels in a relaxed format, allowing supporters to contribute at their convenience without the need for formal attire. Every contribution, regardless of amount, is greatly appreciated and makes a meaningful impact on the children we advocate for year-round. For those of you that have already donated, thank you so much. Our kids depend on us to make a difference and thanks to your generosity we are making a difference.
Donate to the FundraiserSave the Date — 20th Anniversary Blue Ribbon Gala
April 17, 2027April 17th, 2027 marks our 20th Anniversary for our organization. We are planning a spectacular event that no one will want to miss! This pause in 2026 will allow us to concentrate on preparing for our 20th Anniversary Event, which will celebrate the milestones achieved throughout our two decades of service to children and families. As the details unfold we will keep everyone updated. It is going to be a spectacular event.
Angel Monthly Meetings — You Won't Want to Miss This
We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 8:30 to 9:30 am at Bridgepoint Church. Our meetings are a wealth of information shared by our community partners — a great way to start your day! We greatly appreciate our guest speakers who joined us for the April meeting. Their insights made the event highly informative, expanding our understanding of the Child Welfare System. We were thrilled by the excellent turnout — 40 in attendance — and hope this level of participation continues through the summer. Please RSVP so we can arrange enough seating for everyone. When you turn in the entrance of the church, you will see a playground area for children straight towards the back. There is a door there that leads to our meeting room.
